Destination of graduates of the MP CIFM FMRP Program

All graduates were contacted at the end of 2024 or beginning of 2025, and all have professional activities related to the activities developed in the Master’s degree. Of the 113 graduates of the Program, 51.3% are working professionally in the state of São Paulo, and 70% of the graduates work in the Southeast region. Almost half of the graduates work professionally outside the state of São Paulo, with graduates in all regions of Brazil, and even some graduates working abroad. We identified graduates working in all regions of Brazil: 11.5% of the graduates work in the Northeast, 10.6% in the Midwest, 4.4% in the South and 0.9% in the North region. There are graduates working professionally abroad (2.6%): Australia (1), New Zealand (1) and Peru (1). In the 2021-2024 four-year period, 11 (30.5%) of the graduates were female and 25 (69.5%) were male.
